Dear Prime Minister:
You may by now have realized that the 2G Spectrum scandal is not only bad for the country in the dimension of corruption, but now it emerges that there is a national security dimension too. The RAW, IB, CBI, ED all have enough material which they may have placed before you regarding the dubious aspects of the principal player in this scam.
According to my information two sisters, Anushka and Nadia, of Ms. Sonia Gandhi had received sixty percent of the kickbacks in this deal i.e. Rs.18,000 crores each. The frequent travel of Sonia Gandhi and her immediate family to Malaysia, Hong Kong, Dubai and parts of Europe including London requires to be probed under the law. What requires your special attention is the mode of the travel, not by commercial airliners, but by jets provided by the corporate sector which itself is illegal under the DGCA Rules. I find that often Ms. Sonia Gandhi and family have traveled to Dubai and then traveled onwards on private jets provided by dubious Arab business interests to Europe. It is not clear on what passport they have traveled. In Dubai they were felicitated by agencies of countries which are hostile to India including that of Pakistan.
You can no more not take a stand when evil is permeating in the country in the form of terrorism, religious conversion and demographic infiltration. The ill-gotten money in billions of dollars equivalent, the money laundering and Participatory Notes have all undermined our national integrity. The time is come for you to take a stand.
I am familiar with the information and data with our intelligent agencies. I also know that you can seek cooperation of other countries especially the United States in pooling information especially from inter Intelligence interaction that take place regularly. I hope therefore you will rise to the need of the hour and take effective steps to set right the sorry state of affairs in the country caused by overtly and covertly resident foreigners. In this connection I would like to meet you at the earliest. My Secretary will be in touch with your Secretariat to fix a time.

Re: Cancellation of all 2G Licences
Dear Prime Minister:
This letter is in continuation of my earlier letters on the same subject.
There is now much evidence within your Government itself that Etisalat DB, the new name for Swan Telecom, and one of the favoured few which got the UASL 2G licenses for 15 circles in 2008, is a company that is a partner with the Pakistan Government’s Telecom Company: the PTCL (incidentally which is dominated by ISI, a pro-terrorist intelligence agency of the Pakistan army). Etisalat is also connected to China’s PLA. Etisalat DB’s Shahid Balwas is a close associate of Dawood Ibrahim (the underworld ‘Don’ and criminal who is a proclaimed offender). Balwas is also close associate of one of your Cabinet Ministers.
These data are available with your Home Ministry. The Home Ministry has also information that Etisalat DB has Telecom Surveillance Software that will enable it to track movements of anyone who takes a SIM card from it for its service.
This also is the position of Unitech Wireless which is another undeserving licensee, and which has now sold its controlling shares to Telenor which is also operationally based in Pakistan.
Hence to safeguard our national integrity, you must use your residuary extraordinary power vested in you as PM, to cancel all the 2G licences awarded, and order an auction for Indian bidders. The Supreme Court judgment in the Petrol Pump allotment matter also empowers the government. Therefore, Mr.Sibal’s 60 day notice to 2G Spectrum allottees is foolish in this background.
In this context, it is of concern that financial sleaze operator, Ottavio Quattrocchi, who has a temporary respite from incarceration thanks the indulgence of yours and your predecessor NDA governments, has become again active in India’s business fixing, sometimes operating from Malaysia on behalf of a large East Asian nation, sometimes from Milan for European interests. He leverages his son’s presence in India and extraordinary access to the Gandhis (Sonia and Rahul). It is essential that he be declared an‘undesirable alien’. I believe the CBI maintains such a list of undesirable persons and circulates that list to bureaucrats to ensure that no one entertains any persons on that list.
I also draw your attention to the baneful influence of one Ms. Farida Ataullah, a Pakistani with dubious connections (during the Benazir Bhutto tenure as PM she was her ‘bag person’), who has been a close friend of Ms. Sonia Gandhi for decades—so much so that she was Chief Guest of Honour at a select gathering at the wedding of Ms Gandhi’s daughter, Priyanka in the mid 1990s. She lives in Dubai and co-ordinates all kinds of nefarious activities in and out of India.
Perhaps because of her influence, an important member of the core group of the Congress Party called the Mumbai and Maharashtra police officials to his suite in Oberoi Hotel Mumbai after the 26/11 terrorist attack, and directed that “Indian collaboration” in 26/11 should not be probed.
All these facts put together paint a grim picture of the national security scenario in the country. Pakistan was defeated four times in open military warfare by us but because of corruption in high places today flowing from the well known “Gangotri”, Pakistan may succeed in undermining our national integrity through such well placed persons and effect a soft subversion of the Indian nation.
I write this letter to you place my concerns on record. As a public person who has been elected to Parliament five times and held Cabinet rank posts twice in the Union Government, I have a duty to inform you of these developments that I have been apprised of by my trusted friends in India and abroad. Please verify for yourself these facts and accordingly discharge the oath of office that you have sworn to uphold.

I am not a supporter of any political party as I think they are all crooks but the point I would like to make to all readers is this. . These are JUST CLAIMS. Indian politics is famous for this kind of attacks. This is just a case of HE said, this and that. He has not shown a single proof that can be proven in a court of law.
These attacks are just politically motivated to over throw the ruling party and bring in another party.

There is no point to have a democratic country when the freedom is misused. first of all it is a shame for the nation to keep a foreignor as party leader that too a party which had a great leader like nehru … when we have some of indian leaders who are not loyal to the public and the nation how can one expect this foreign lady to be loyal for the indians. this can happen only in india. Our highly respectful P M Sri Manmohan Singh should publicly acknowledge receipt of Dr.Subramaniam Swamy’s letter involving the Congress President and others and file a case against him in case his
allegations are wrong by instituting a defamation case. PM should come out by addressing the Nation at least once a month and inform the progress report of his Governance. This will restore the prestige of the Government.

Justice Reghupathy said that A Raja interfered with his judicial function. If ill-treatment in jail leads to calls to transfer a case outside a state, then why didn’t the battering of Sadvi Pragya in a Mumbai jail result in the transfer of her case to another state. Media blackout was carried out by this group involved in the telecom scam. Dr Subramanian Swamy’s letters are not referred by none of the tv channels or other media. There appears to be some invisible control of Rome Mary Sonia on all media throughout India. This is worse than an emergency and India is under the occupation of Italy. The 2G scam news gained prominence following sustained pressure on social networking sites Twitter and Facebook against an attempted blackout orchestrated by many prominent Indian TV channels and newspapers. Barkhagate has been trending as number one topic on Twitter in India for more than a week, since the breakout of the news. According to the Washington Post, “Twitter has played an important role in launching what has become an international conversation on the issue, with the Indian diaspora weighing in”. Initially, only a handful of the mainstream newspapers in India, like The Hindu, The Deccan Herald, Indian Express had openly written about the tapes. Some newspapers like HT Media,Mint (the business newspaper also owned by HT media) and NDTV said “the authenticity of these transcripts cannot be ascertained”. CNN-IBN’s Sagarika Ghose discussed with a panel of experts, if the corporate lobbying is undermining democracy, on the Face the Nation programme on the channel, but chose to play safe by avoiding the crux of the matter and choosing not to take names. The Radia tapes is seen to have also made a dent in the image of the media in the country. The complete blackout of the Niira Radia tapes by the entire broadcast media and most of the major English newspapers paints a truer picture of corruption in the country. After it became an international news, more and more media houses covered the story. Karan Thapar’s show on CNN-IBN, “The Last Word” (November 27, 2010) was the first show in mainstream Indian television to address the Radia tapes and the involvement of Barkha Dutt and Vir Sanghvi in malpractices, thus ending the TV news channel blackout of the story. The Deccan Chronicle commented, “The ‘Radia tapes’ may have torn the veil off the nexus between information hungry journalists, lobbyists and industrialists, and opened everyone’s eyes to what has long been suspected — the ability of a small but powerful group to use their connections to influence policy.” The Times of India commented on November 25, 2010 “The people are showing who the boss is. The 2G scam is something which makes every Indian put down his/her head in shame but not the Congress. The party comprises persons who are least bothered of what happens to India, to its poor and its citizens-only power for themselves is their concern and sole goal. Prime Minister knows not just 2Gs but 3 Gs. Let us concentrate on the 2Gs.Sonia Gandhi ad Rahul Gandhi.The former proclaimed that Congress stands for truth.It is laughable. Is she really serious or just ridiculous? She has to script new terms for words-for example her renunciation meant more power which is not what renunciation stands for and is known for.But by ‘renunciation’ the coterie round her ranked her with saints and sants. In actual practice what did it mean she assumed the role of an extra constitutional PM. Now she talks of Congress standing for the truth. And what is truth when she has filled the ranks with corrupt men and women. In every constitutional post she filled with her handpicked corrupt persons. Yes this would include Manmohan Singh too. Corruption is simply not soiling one’s hands with currency or taking kickbacks directly, but in abetting corruption in failing to uphold one’s constitutional role and thereby betraying the people, in silence, in inaction while the public exchequer is looted, in failing to throw out a cabinet minister when he bypassed instructions et al. Are these not different facets of corruption? And Manmohan Singh is guilty of these and more. He cannot get away by citing coalition dharma-this is coalition adharma which he personally and vigorously pursued. He cannot abdicate his constitution obligation by claiming to be out of the loop as he once did. If he was helpless and his hands tied-his mouth shut then he should have put in his papers if he is the man of integrity and impeccable that people parrot. He is worse than A.Raja because he was above him and he had a co-responsibility of the whole cabinet. It was he who appointed A.Raja after very well knowing what he would be up to. Hence he stands first indicted.
Mrs Sona Gandhi is the puppeteer who holds the stings and makes others dance accordingly to her pulls-yet she had the gumption to state that the Congress stands for truth. Does she stand for truth? If so how and why did Quottrocchi flee with his loot-the Indian plunder? This can never be forgiven and does not speak of her truthfulness.
Both she and Rahul Gandhi canvassed in Bihar with untruths and that’s why people rejected them totally. Could there be a greater fall to lower levels. The Congress touched the bottom line with just 4 seats. Imagine a national party which speaks of truthfulness-which appoints the President and the PM getting just four seats out of the 243 seats it contested. No political party has ever had such a shameful rejection by the people. Rahul’s poor India and rich India and his claims that he belongs to the poor India was totally a sham. Not once did he condemn corruption-not once did he inform the people what he was aiming at. He was faulting Nitish who the whole world has credited with for pulling Bihar out of the morass that the Congress’ ally Lalu pushed it to. Bihar-one of the poorest State RG had the illogic to compare with Maharastra. If it has no electricity who is to blame? In five years time what did he expect Nitish Kumar to perform-perform a miracle? Rahul Gandhi at his age of 40 which is no longer ‘youth’ must call a spade a spade.On the other hand he just throws insinuations and blatant untruths when he called Modi a Maoist.Would the people of Gujarat forgive him for such abuses heaped on their elected leader. What if the people called him and his mother propagandists of fascists? He has yet top learn to give respect and get respect and not throw his weight around on the basis of his being the dynasty.
Talking about truth-RG is against dynasty but not against his being pushed as General Secretary and commanding so much of the political clout simply on the dynasty claim.What has been his contribution to India and its political thought. His half baked ideas of youth power and strutting across the non Congress States meeting youth in closed and well guarded meets makes one wonder whether he has really felt the pulse of Indians. Youth especially those in college have other ideas-they need to gear themselves for the world and its many demands-they need to prepare themselves for a profession, they have to fend for themselves and they do not have a legacy of money and political power to install themselves in power positions. Does RG need to worry of his future in terms of finance?
Truth is not in replacing one Chavan with another Chavan-truth is not in making A.Raja resign after the loot. Would the Congress have done even these if the Opposition had not shouted and screamed and demanded these? But truth also does not lie in comparing Yeddyurappa’s de-notifying lands and bestowing these to his kin with the 2G telcom scam of 1.7 lakh crore.The former is like a small pickpocket when caught returned the purse. This does not absolve Yeddurappa of moral turpitude. But the Congress has rushed to cover its mortal sins with venial sins of others. Carrying a beam in its eye and faulting someone who had a speck of dust in his. That is was and is the practice of CMs to de-notify government lands and to bestow it on whom so ever they like has been a practice not only with the Yeddurappa but with the CMs before him and with the CMs of other States. So does that justify the 2G scam and the Common Wealth Games scam,the Adarsh scam? And all those involved are trusted Congress men/women of Mrs Sonia Gandhi.
Truth comes in handy for the Congress when it tries to pick at others. Look at the logjam in Parliament. It is the constitutional responsibility of the ruling party to see that Parliament functions. And Parliament will function if the demand of the Opposition for a Joint Parliament Commission is allowed. The Opposition is not demanding anything unconstitutional-in fact more than 70 percent of the MPs wants a JPC so why the problem of not yielding to its demand? The Congress is in the dock and that’s precisely why it is not yielding. It is easy to say that the PAC is a permanent JPC-how strange for Pranab Mukherjee to state thus. The PAC has no powers to summon any minister including the Prime minister.It will not be able to summon Mrs Sonia Gandhi to quiz her on the allegations that Dr Subramaniam Swamy has made that her sisters were recipients to part of the loot. This is the real reason why the Congress does not want a JPC but tries to put the blame on the Opposition. This is another dimension of truth which Mrs Sonia Gandhi states that her party stands for.
Take the appointment of the CVC-Why should the PM appoint a CVC whose record is not clean? There were other two names from which the Prime minister and Mrs Sonia Gandhi could have chosen.Mrs Sonia Gandhi wants her man and that too a corrupt one to monitor corruption. Does it not make strange reading? In this also it did not yield to the leader of the Opposition who rejected P.J.Thomas for his tainted record. Yet Mrs Sonia Gandhi’s handpicked President did not hesitate to sign the papers after the PM and Chidambaram had absolutely no problem or qualms of conscience in okaying a tainted person as the CVC. Here again another indication of truth. Every constitutional post has been dented and smeared with the Dirty Hand. We have discovered that many of Dr. Subramanian Swamy’s statements are kept out of the mainstream media if it does not suit the covetous and cowardly editors to publish them. It is also possible that a number of these editors are part of the scam. For all its hype, the mainstream media does not have very much credibility.
